1. Our paper is accepted, which type should we register?

One of the authors must register a regular participation for one accepted main conference paper or workshop paper, regardless of whether he/she is a student or not.

2. I have registered a student participation, but want to change it to the regular type.

(1) Unpaid: Register again.

(2) Payment has been made. To register another student participation, we will mark these two registrations as a regular. We will provide regular registration confirmation and a regular receipt or invoice later (Read Q6). (If you are not in a hurry, you can also contact us via email to change type.)

3. Do participants have to be ACL members?

Yes, for any participants.

(1) If you are already a member, please check "Yes"; if not, please check "No" and pay the membership fee at the same time.

(2) If you are not a member but choose to register as an ACL member, you will be notified to pay the membership fee later. (You can also contact us via email to make up immediately.)

4. Payment Failure.

Please contact the bank or change the payment card. It is very likely that the bank has intercepted your overseas payment. (Try to use the windows system to register and pay.)

5. Refunds.

If requests for cancellations and/or refunds are received in emailing by Oct. 15th, 2020, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. Note that although a full refund, the bank may charge service fee.

While by Oct. 31st, 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Refund requests received after Nov. 1st, 2020, will not be processed.

6. Invitation Letter and Receipt or Invoice.

Participants who need an invitation letter and receipt or invoice, please provide: Full Name, Email Address of Registration, Paper Title (Option), Registration ID, Payment Amount.

If you are from China, please also provide invoice title (抬头), tax number (税号), your mailing address (快递邮寄地址), and your contact phone number. 注意: 我们仅提供纸质增值税普票.

7. I applied "registration fee waiver for students". Should I wait for the application result and then try to register?
